Cal marqués de Vivot (Can Vivot)
Carrer de Can Savellà, 4 - Palma Old Town
Built on medieval foundations about 1725 by Juan Sureda i Villalonga, the first Marquis of Vivot. Home of the Villalonga family until it passed to the Sureda family in the 18th c. The conspiracy by King Philip's followers in favour of the Bourbons during the War of Succession was planned in this house. The general alterations made to this house by the Valencian, Jaume d'Espinosa, included the courtyard which was promptly used as a model, on different scales and with mixed success, for most of the city's courtyards.

Can Oleza
Carrer Morey, 9 - Palma Old Town
Courtyard dating from the end of the 17th century, in which all the features which would subsequently define the typical townhouse courtyard in Palma come together: extraordinarily depressed arches, a loggia, ionic columns with their pronounced entasis, wrought-iron railings. The pleasing harmony of the whole set the style for alterations carried out throughout the whole 18th century.

Can Pasqual
Carrer de la Portella, 4 - Palma Old Town

House with features from the 16th and 18th centuries. The courtyard underwent important alterations at the end of the 19th century, with the introduction of a wide staircase in the noucentista (cultural movement) style and neo-Gothic windows.
